Sand and Cement Screeds
Sharp Sand Cement Screeds mixed
with fibres for wet under floor heating systems. The fibres will
reduce the risk of cracks and shrinkage.
Bonded Screeds
Bonded Screeds are laid to a
ready prepared rough concrete base (pre cleaned).
Floating Screeds
Floating Screed is laid with
fibre or steel reinforcements on to the insulating board.
Unbonded Screeds
Unbonded Screeds are laid to a
sound clean damp proof membrane.

Fibres can be incorporated in
the mix for a more even reinforcement characteristic.

Early strength additives and
retarders are used.

SBR additive which gives superb
strength and bonding for thin areas of screed.

All types of under floor
insulation can be used.
